Awh man, we LOVE dessert so I hate that we missed Ted’s!!!! And we got into the ocean on Waikiki… does that count? Bc we were still cold lol. But I’ll admit that we’re veryyyy spoiled as most of our tropical beach vacations are in the Caribbean …where the water often feels like bath water hahaha.

In reply to Megan. Teds bakery is a bakery gem on the north shore with cakes pies and donuts to die for and a pretty good breakfast. I lived on Oahu for so years and can attest that the ocean watering that part of thee pacific is always warm. Not like the mainland temps at all. Try it next time you will like it

As a local from Oahu those are some good places, though if you had extra time while in Oahu a great place to eat further down the north shore is Ted’s Bakery

I am blessed to own a condo 2 blocks from Waikiki beach on Oahu and have shared many of your same experiences of food choices I can truly say Hawaii is gotta be our Heaven on earth.I can imagine what BoraBora looks like that’s my dream vacation

When we were in Hawaii we stayed with a friend. We didn’t go to any of these establishments, our friend took us to the local shops. I believe that we had the best bites of Hawaii and didn’t have to spend a lot of money to do it. We went to Helena’s in and I had some of the best food I have ever tasted.

You actually DID NOT visit Hawai’i and miss the best places to eat!! The places that you chose were NOT the best that this Island has to offer. Next time ask a Local and we’ll send you to eat the delicious delicacies that makes this Island the Paradise that it is.
